What is the requisite minimum age?
You must be at least 21 years old to participate.
When we got to the airport, how can we get in touch with your car rental company?
At the airport exit, our representatives will hold a placard bearing your name and await your arrival.
Do you deliver cars to hotels or other lodgings?
Yes, we deliver to hotels and other lodgings, but the renter must be present to sign the agreement.
Payment Method: What kinds of payments do you accept?
You can pay with a credit card or cash. The debit card cannot be used. As bank fees, there will be a 3.5% surcharge for credit card payments. In any other case, customers can change their money at bank counters at the airport to avoid bank fees.
Do I require a deposit?
Yes, there is a security deposit required. You will receive a refund of the requested deposit amount.
What is the deposit amount?
Depending on the type of vehicle, the deposit ranges from € 375 to € 625 and can be made in cash or with a credit card. The debit card cannot be used.
Do your vehicles have air conditioning?
Our cars are all equipped with air conditioning.
How long does the minimum rental period last?
The minimum rental period is three days.
Do your rentals come with accessories?
Yes, the baby seat, booster seat, and GPS navigation system are accessories.
Additional fees : Is there a separate fee for each additional driver?
When more than one person will be driving the rental car, there will be no additional fees.
Can the rental be extended?
At check-out or during the rental period itself, it is possible to extend the rental period. Any extension must be given at least 48 hours in advance. The extension is contingent on additional payment and vehicle availability. During the peak season, it can be difficult to extend rentals. Please be aware of this to avoid being disappointed.
Vehicles returning: Can I leave it anywhere if my departure time falls during your closing hours?
It can be left at the airport, yes. We will provide you with additional process-related information.
